Vendor Spotlight: Towner Jones Photography

This week we had a chance to chat with Rose and Rob Jones of Towner Jones Photography.  For more information on their business or to check out some of their beautiful photos, please visit their website or blog.

Tell me about your business.

Towner Jones Photography was established in 2007 as a full service wedding, portrait and event photography studio. We are a husband and wife team, with servant's hearts, dedicated to providing quality photography services to our clients.

What do you enjoy most when working with a bridal couple?

We love capturing the special moments from their day and helping to provide a relaxing atmosphere on their wedding day. We feel very humbled to be included in this intimate day in their relationship. We feel blessed by each and every client with whom we work and love it when (as has happened in a number of cases) clients become lasting friends.

From where do you draw your inspiration?

We draw inspiration from the beauty of a couple's unique story and the blessing their story of love can be to those around them. Marriage is a sacred convenant and a beautiful expression of love.

What advice do you have for brides and grooms who are in the throes of planning their wedding?
A bride and groom should enjoy every moment leading up to and during their wedding, as the day will never go perfectly but it is the beginning of their journey together. They should surround themselves with wedding pros who are genuinely there to serve them and help make the process as stressfree as possible, so that the couple, their families, and friends can enjoy the special day.

Photography for Splash Brides!

What a gorgeous day here in Northern Virginia!  It's been such a banner week for Splash, and I've met some really fabulous vendors who I'm going to showcase for you over the next week or so.  I had the grand opportunity to participate in one of my favorite showcases at Seasons Cards and Gifts last Wednesday (thank you, Kerry and the fabulous Seasons staff!) for their monthly Wedding Wednesday (the first Wednesday of every month, dear brides, don't miss it!).  While I met some great brides, I also met a fabulous photographer, Rose Towner Jones of Towner Jones Photography (http://www.townerjones.com/).  Rose was there with her adorable daughter, who regaled us all on how to be a proper flower girl!  As I perused the work that Rose and her husband put together for their bridal couples, it was apparent that attention to detail is at the forefront of their work.  And, as I listened to Rose confer with a bride, there was no doubt that this is a relationship I want to foster for our Splash brides.  We are always looking for that special vendor who will love our brides as much as we do, and Towner Jones Photography fits the bill ~ thank you, Rose!

Happy Snapping,
